He also had experience with professional-- Indian CUISINE from Chandigarh (India). He was also a H-M professor for aT university in JALANDHAR, Punjab, India for couple years. With his 8 Years of Cooking Experience in varieties of Food. Now he is A head chef at Royal India Restaurant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin , U.S.A.

Cinnamon :
